Nice hotel with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfy bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped return my sim cards left in the room. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Besides the location being fantastic, the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful!!! When we were first looking for a hotel, I e-mailed the hotel and asked them some questions. The response was so quick, which is extremely important to me, I booked it immediately. They were very helpful, happy and we even had our room upgraded! Umbrella's were provided for guests as it was raining. We did not have breakfast there but it looked very nice. The hotel itself is very charming. The room sizes are spacious and open and clean! I would definitely go to your hotel again or recommend it to a friend. It is a charming town and you are within walking distance. If you go, you have to climb the Cathedral up to the lookout point. 332 steps!!! Can't beat the view!
Enjoyed everything about it. I would rate it a 10 out of 10!

Service, design, location, quality. The staff was absolutely wonderful, professional, helpful, cheerful. Quality of the hotel was similar to a Four Seasons yet is an upscale boutique way. Location is hidden and quiet yet steps from everything you want to see and do in Strasbourg.
None. It couldn't have been better.

The old location in an old alsacian house is amazing with its situation near to the city center.
If not a special rate, the prices are much to high, especially the price for breakfast is not adapted to the offer.

The staff demonstrated really good hospitality, anticipating our needs by preparing the sofa bed before we even asked. The charming courtyard and bar created a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast offered a great variety and delicious flavors that started our day off right. While the rooms were nice, they lacked the historic charm we had expected, a slight disappointment.

I loved how the hotel looked, pleasant place. The room was unique, and contemporary, with a writing table and a sofa set I needed. Everything was perfect, superb breakfast. The location was marvellous, in a nearby park, and the bed extremely comfy. Overall my stay was really nice and will be back🙂

We booked early and found a very good price for our room. The fairytale-like hotel is a recently restored 16th century Alsacian construction, complete with exposed wooden beams, contrasting very nicely with all of the modern amenities (very clean new bathrooms!) The staff was very welcoming, and most spoke French, English, and German. They recommended and reserved a great restaurant, and also reserved us a taxi with no problems. Wifi is pay-only, but there is a free to use computer, with printer, near the lobby.
The bathtub/shower really needs some sort of curtain or glass partition to avoid spraying water everywhere, but one can make do.
